Jeff Crockett

EMS Director / 911 Director

Jeff Crockett serves as the EMS Director, as well as the 911 Director for Smith County. Jeff has been in EMS full-time for 29 years, and in Emergency Services part-time or as a volunteer for 32 years. Jeff is married to the former Lacey Carter and they have three children, Olivia, Ethan and Alyssa. Jeff and his family reside in the Bradford Hill Community. Jeff has served as the Smith County EMS Director since 2015, and as the Smith County 911 Director since 2016. Director Crockett was recently appointed to the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association Board as the representative for the Upper Cumberland.

Emergency Services

Smith County EMS provides 24-hour 911 Response to Smith County and also provides approved non-emergency transports, as well as making hospital transfers for Riverview Regional Medical Center as units are available to do so. Our primary responsibility is to provide 24-hour 911 Response.
