County Buildings & Capital Projects Committee

Committee Description

Purpose would be to review expenses and revenues from county buildings. Discusses building maintenance and projects. Reviews and approves yearly budgets before submittal to Finance department. Reviews and makes recommendations on grants and contracts. Once Capital Projects is funded, any capital project would be approved and recommended by this committee to the Budget and Finance Committee. Chairman would make reports to full commission following meetings of committee.
